You will find the Houghton Wesleyan Church along Route 19 in the village of Houghton. This church, founded in 1852, continues a vibrant and relevant ministry among the people of Allegany County. The church, also, actively ministers to the faculty and student body of Houghton College and Houghton Academy. The Houghton Wesleyan Church draws over 700 people to worship each Sunday. The church offers contemporary and traditional services. A full slate of ministries for all ages are offered. Rev. Wes Oden is Sr. Pastor and Rev. Todd Leach serves as Assistant Pastor. Also serving are Cindy Oden as Discipleship Pastor, Jon Cole as Youth Pastor and Laurie Smalley as Volunteer Pastor for Outreach.
